Mindfulness practice to visualize goals (Video)

Many people consider mindfulness as a passive practice or a waste of time because they have to stop what they’re doing to concentrate on the present moment. However, mindfulness allows you to actively be in control of your thoughts, your being, your life. And despite what many think, you can use our thoughts and beliefs to bring something into reality. When you engage in mindfulness, your mind is calm, stress levels are lower, and you can be laser focused on your thoughts and actions so that you can reach your goals better and faster.

In the video above, our coach expert Sabrina Cadini guided us through a mindfulness practice that can help you envision and manifest your goal with more clarity.

In the first step, she asked us to choose a place for the practice. It can be anywhere; you don’t have to be in a dark room or in bed. Actually, practicing mindfulness while you live your daily life is perfectly fine because it provides a break from the chaos, and it helps you reconnect with yourself and with what you want to do or what you want to focus on. You can be at your office, at home, maybe walking or sitting down. Of course, if you want to enhance the experience, it would be best to be in a quiet place. If you’re at work and you can close your office door, that would be ideal.
