Payment Terms for Coaches

Coaches who provide Coaching Services through the marketplace that Mana provides will be paid 80% of the revenue collected by Mana for those Coaching Services.

When To Expect Payment

We calculate payments at the end of the month and contact you to send payment by the 11th. Your first payment may be delayed as we collect Tax ID and payment preferences from you. Beyond that, we aim to pay extremely promptly.

How We Handle Refunds

Mana’s Terms of Service as of 2020-11-08 do not allow for refunds.
